You will lead and oversea the intellectual work in investment research, as well as processes, programs, and operational systems in the Philippines, and take ownership of the successful rollout of operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement actions.Your Responsibility:Investment Research:Lead research & data product development on software & technology companies and market segmentsCoach a team of 3-4 analysts and associate (fast growing) dedicated to researchCollaborate with a team of ca. 10 highly experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants based in Paris contributing to the researchDeliver high quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision making on multi-million investmentsCommunicate directly with very high-profile customers, including fund managing partners, billionaire entrepreneurs, family office managersSupport the strategic development of the company, hand in hand with the founders, to develop a sustainable unique differentiation in the marketOperational ExcellenceSet the strategic direction and vision for operational excellence for our Network Research team (60 people and growing) in the PHTake the lead in the training of operations leaders and teams as a strategic pillar in performance excellenceOwn the strategic efforts to establish, implement and comply with standard operating proceduresCollaborate with the other management leaders in the PH and Paris to help scale the operations in PHAnalyze operational results with KPI, Dashboard to come up with improvements and initiativesWork closely with the PH Leadership team, as well as Paris team to support our scale globallyCherry on the Cake!
