1. Job Purpose:The Vice President of Strategic Planning is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive and Strategic Corporate Planning and Investor Relations program, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and compliance with financial, reporting, and rating regulations. This role plays a key part in shaping and communicating the company’s investment story, managing day-to-day interactions with investors and analysts, and serving as a trusted liaison with senior management.2. Main Responsibilities:Strategic PlanningLead the development and execution of the company’s corporate strategic plans, partnering with the Executive Leadership Team to identify pathways for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.Provide forward-looking insights by monitoring global industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive performance, translating analysis into actionable strategic direction.Drive the strategic issue management process, including identifying and prioritizing enterprise-level challenges, facilitating executive discussions, and overseeing the design and implementation of strategic initiatives.Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments, assessing potential impact and shaping strategic recommendations to position the organization for success in the evolving hospitality, food, and retail environment.Oversee and direct the annual strategic planning cycle, ensuring alignment across business units, providing guidance on methodology, and synthesizing cross-functional input into enterprise-wide strategies and recommendations.Partner with Investor Relations to support the communication of strategic direction, company performance, and growth plans to the investment community as needed.Build and mentor a high-performing strategic planning team, fostering a culture of insight-driven decision making and organizational alignment.Investor RelationsDevelop and implement a comprehensive investor relations plan.Craft and articulate the company’s investment story; build, maintain, and analyze business databases to support responses to analysts’ and investors’ inquiries.Prepare investor-related materials, including analyst and investor presentations, MD&A, press releases, and other communications.Foster and maintain strong relationships with analysts and investors through quarterly meetings, company visits, conferences, and roadshows.Maintain and update an investor database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Provide management with feedback and insights from the investment community, including analyst reports and market sentiment.Advise senior executives by offering strategic consultation and thought leadership on investor relations matters.Build and sustain relationships with stock exchange representatives and the Thai Investor Relations Club.Oversee the development and upkeep of the corporate website, particularly the Investor Relations section.Monitor competitors by analyzing news, trends, and updates relevant to the company’s business and industry.Supports information for compilation of annual report, 56-1 and board presentations3. Job Specifications:Qualification Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage results of analysisStrong communication skills with ability to get buy in from senior leadersExcellent written, oral and presentation skills, especially in EnglishUnderstands legal regulatory requirementsTravelling is requiredEducationMaster’s in business administration or Master’s in Finance or related field.ExperienceA minimum of 10 years in Strategic Planning, Corporate Strategy or Investor Relations, Stock Analyst or Investment Banking
