You’ll build a talent acquisition function that attracts world-class builders and maximizes return on recruiting effort, time, and investment.What You’ll OwnGlobal Talent Acquisition StrategyArchitect and lead a scalable, async-native recruiting engine across all functionsTranslate company goals into hiring campaigns and headcount plansOwn recruiting ROI: reduce time-to-fill, increase conversion, maximize hire qualitySenior-Level/Executive and Niche RecruitingPersonally lead searches for founder-tier, technical, creative leadership as well as niche rolesOperate as both strategic partner and full-cycle recruiterAlign talent strategy with evolving product, IP, and R&D roadmapsFull-Cycle ExecutionWrite compelling job descriptions and design targeted outbound campaignsPost, source, screen, and close candidates directlyCreate and run async interview loops and project-based evaluationsTalent Infrastructure & MetricsImplement and optimize recruiting stack (ATS, dashboards, async workflows)Track and improve performance across sourcing, screening, and closing metricsReport on recruiting impact with a focus on velocity, quality, and equity alignmentTalent Brand & Market VisibilityBuild Anime Universe’s employer brand across Web3, R&D, creative, and frontier-tech channelsDesign messaging and campaigns that attract values-aligned, high-conviction talentCultivate referral pipelines and community-driven sourcing networksHow You’ll CollaborateReport to the Chief People & Culture OfficerPartner closely with the department heads on recruitment prioritiesWork with Legal and Finance to align global equity/token comp offersCollaborate with People Ops and onboarding to deliver high-velocity post-hire transitionsWho We’re Looking ForYou Are:A senior recruitment leader (Senior Director, VP, or ex-Founder) with proven end-to-end capabilityA player-coach who leads by doing—strategic, hands-on, and execution-obsessedExperienced with async hiring, distributed teams, and remote-first culturesRelentlessly focused on recruiting ROI: quality, speed, efficiency, and retentionWe are not looking for a manager/leader of recruitment, we need someone who is willing and capable of posting roles, screening candidates, scheduling candidate meetings etc.Required Experience:12+ years in recruiting, with 5+ years in senior leadership rolesDeep experience in startups or high-growth orgs at the intersection of creative-tech, gaming, Web3, or R&DProven success hiring globally across technical, creative, and executive functionsFamiliarity with equity and token-based compensation modelsExceptional storytelling, positioning, and candidate experience skillsCompensation & CultureEquity: Founding Equity Partner sharesTokens: Additional token rewards (pending legal clearance)Salary: Unlocked through revenue and net-income milestonesCulture: Remote-first, async-native, high-autonomy, mission-alignedOur PromiseWe don’t just recruit—we magnetize belief.We don’t just scale teams—we scale movements.We don’t just hire talent—we build the world’s most aligned creative company.
