We must figure out a way to keep NRR>101 and keep growing it consistently.ResponsibilitiesIncrease NRRSetup clear metrics, reporting and framework for data-driven decision makingSetup processes within the team and the company to get everything organized and moving smooth and fastFigure out product issues that impact retention and onboarding based on data.
