This job could be for you.Orange Trail is looking for a highly driven, strategic, and experienced VP of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, expand our market presence, and scale our agency’s sales and marketing operations. This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build and scale revenue engines, and understands the advertising world inside and out. Paid advertising experience is crucial, so don't bother wasting your time applying if you don't know paid ads.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the agency’s sales strategy, revenue targets, and pipeline growth.Lead, mentor, and scale our sales and marketing team.Build and optimise a predictable sales process, improving close rates and deal velocity.Oversee marketing strategy and execution, including positioning, messaging, and demand generation.Drive the growth of existing accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities.Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align sales, marketing, and client delivery.Create forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure goals are met and exceeded.Maintain deep understanding of advertising trends, media buying strategies, and emerging platforms.Identify opportunities for partnerships, expanding lead generation sources and overall client growth.Minimum Requirements10+ years of experience in advertising/marketing, with a proven track record of revenue leadership.Expert-level knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, etc.).Demonstrated success scaling sales teams, hitting revenue targets, and driving agency growth.Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.A Bit About UsAt Orange Trail, we help serious advertisers scale without stress by providing our premium agency ad accounts that come with a lower risk of ban, unlimited spending limits, and direct line support to reps.With an expert team of 30+ full-time employees, some of whom previously worked at Meta & Google, we offer tailored compliance and advertising support to advertisers, making sure their ads stay live without bans.
