You will take ownership of building pipelines, driving channel expansion, formalizing operations, and growing a world-class team across Romania and the U. S. This role is critical to driving our next stage of growth. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive GTM and channel sales strategy across Romania, Europe, and the U. SBuild a scalable pipeline generation engine, owning inbound and outbound motionsRecruit, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams in both Romania and the U.
