Role OverviewThe VP People is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing a forward-thinking people strategy that supports our client's ambitious growth plans. As partner to the Senior Leadership team, the VP People will part of shaping the evolution of the business model.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic partner to the executive team, contributing to board-level discussions and providing input on people strategy aligned with company financials and market goalsDesign and execute a Global HR Vision, Strategy and Policy in coherence with the Group’s global growth strategy. Collaborate with GMs, Operations Directors, and People Partners in each region, overseeing a matrix team structure. Develop key performance HR metrics (utilizing digital tools, etc. ) to provide insights to the Senior Management Team on people matters which directly impact growth.
Support end to end potential M&A efforts from an HR and culture perspective (from sourcing to integration)Driving change management initiatives across the organisation. Support the Head of Talent Acquisition to attract top talent aligned with company culture and regional needs, embedding company culture across all locations and processes. Develop a high-performance culture that puts hiring first across the organisation. Responsible for maturing the Core Values and Operating Principles together with the CEO and Exec team. Drive and ensure the application of the group’s legal, compliance, regulatory or jurisdictional requirements at local and Group level.
Develop and improve all HR policies to meet the running and scaling needs of the business (e. g. vacation, Next in Line, etc. ). Responsible for People analytics and all related IT systems (communication tools, HRIS, etc. )This is an exciting opportunity to drive organizational change, implement scalable processes, and foster a high-performing culture within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
