We are partnering with a leading global diversified organisation to appoint a Vice President, Risk (ERM). This pivotal role will be instrumental in strengthening enterprise-wide risk management, shaping risk and business strategy, and driving continuous operational improvement across business units.We’re looking for a strategic and commercially savvy risk professional who has successfully driven ERM programmes and can partner confidently with senior stakeholders across the business.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and roadmap across the Group, ensuring robust governance and internal controls. Regularly review and refine the organisation’s risk appetite and tolerance levels, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and operational priorities.Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise and project-level risks that may impact strategic growth and long-term value creation.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for key projects, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.Collaborate with business and functional teams to drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, governance, and risk control.Requirements: Minimally Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; relevant professional certifications preferred. At least 10 years’ experience in risk functions.Minimally 5 years of team management experience. Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000), and investment evaluation. Proven ability to lead and influence in complex, matrixed international environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
