Our long-term orientation and strong relationships with corporates provide us with opportunities to capitalize on market volatility to deliver strong investment performance.We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our Strategy & Programmes team as a Vice President/ Senior Vice PresidentWhat will you do as an VP/SVP, Strategy & Programmes?Strategy Planning & ExecutionSupport the Public Equities department in defining and executing strategic objectives Lead annual business planning, forecasting and strategic reviews Manage high-priority strategic initiatives that support transformation or investment goalsCoordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the broader enterprise strategy.Product ManagementDevelop a deep understanding of the end-to-end investment process and craft overall product strategy to deliver capabilities needed to support long-term investment goalsCreate and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with Technology, including scope planning, prioritisation and outcome measurementEngage with industry peers to stay up to date on best practices and key service providers to understand and influence product roadmapsStrategic EngagementPartner with senior stakeholders and investment teams to develop clear, compelling narratives and presentation materials Enhance engagement capabilities to effectively articulate the Public Equities investment strategy, investment process, and key priorities to clients and stakeholdersWhat qualifications or skills should you possess?10-12+ years of experience in consulting within financial services, strategy or business managementProven ability to lead strategic projects and cross-functional programmes in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with front office and technology teams in a global organisationStrategic thinker with operational execution abilityStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable navigating complex, matrixed organisations and working with ambiguityProject management expertise, including Agile/ Lean methodologies preferredHigh proficiency in PowerpointWork at the Point of ImpactWe need to be forward-looking to attract the right people to help us become the Leading Global Long-term Investor.
