Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Practitioner role based in Angaston, SA. The General Practitioner will provide primary and preventative care to patients, diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as well aa providing on-call services to Angaston District Hospital. Responsibilities include performing health assessments, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and educating patients about wellness and disease prevention. Participation in training and mentoring activities with other practitioners may also be expected. Qualifications Strong expertise in general Medicine, Primary Care, and Family MedicineFamiliarity with Nursing practices and patient care coordinationExperience in providing clinical Training and mentoring to healthcare personnelExceptional interpersonal, communication, and diagnostic skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative care modelMBBS or equivalent medical degree, with current registration with AHPRAFellowships of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent.
