If you want to be a part of this success story and work with experienced and curious people in a transparent and flexible work environment, join us!About the Opportunity: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Graphic Design Contractor to support our Operations Team in the production of digital ad layouts.

This is a production-heavy role focused on assembling creative units using our internal design tool. The right candidate is comfortable working within defined templates and processes, with limited need for original design work. You will help turn pre-supplied assets (copy, logos, banners, product images) from pharmaceutical clients into high-quality ad units that meet internal and external specifications. The work is fast-paced, process-driven, and crucial to ensuring timely delivery of campaigns. What You’ll Do:

Assemble digital ad units using our proprietary internal toolReceive, review, and prepare customer-supplied content (logos, images, text)Adjust and export assets (resizing, cropping, simple clean-up) as needed using tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative SuiteCollaborate closely with the Ops Team to meet turnaround times and quality expectationsEnsure consistency with brand guidelines and compliance requirementsPerform QA and revisions on layouts based on internal or customer feedbackWho You Are:

Detail-oriented and highly organized; you thrive in structured workflows and repetitive production tasksComfortable working independently and remotely, with excellent communication skillsHave a basic understanding of visual design principles and file formats (e. g. , PNG, JPG, SVG, etc. )Able to perform light design tasks in Figma or Adobe tools (e. g. , Photoshop, Illustrator or Adobe Experience)Previous experience in production design, marketing operations, or digital ad creation is a plusFamiliarity with working in or for regulated industries (e. g. , pharma) is a bonusYou Can Expect:

This is a contracting position (student contract or B2B), and the hourly rate for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, unique relevant experience, and job-related skills.
