Maintain a detailed inventory of tools and equipmentEnsure proper storage and maintenance of the equipment & tools (in alignment with company WoW)Maintain and manage tool calibration program for Field Service specialized toolsWork closely with appropriate stakeholders to understand their tool requirements and ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of new tools and/or the repair of existing onesLiaise with Field Service Operations in identifying needed tools based on scope and Wartsila manualsCoordinate and manage international shipping & receiving requestSupport O&M customer sites and work with the local team on workshop process improvements and implementationSupport and maintain facility functions in accordance with company QEHS requirements and ISO standardsDesired EducationAssociate’s degree or High School Diploma (considering experience)Desired Skills And ExperienceThe applicant should have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience:
