Job Description: Lead and manage the overall marketing operations across all sports academies, events, and initiatives. Assign and supervise the marketing team’s involvement with specific academies and sports. Oversee the planning and execution of all sports events, tournaments, and member activations. Develop strategies to engage and grow the club's fan base & members satisfaction. Manage relationships with sponsors and partners that align with the club's brand values. Maintain brand equity and ensure consistent visual identity and professional presentation across all sports facilities, signage, kits, and materials. Supervise promotion of digital app initiatives and support driving app adoption.
Review and approve team reports, campaign briefs, and creative requests. Track KPIs and performance of sports academies, ensuring growth and improved visibility through marketing. Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments to the club's marketing strategy. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty. Job requirements: Educational background and previous experience: Suitable Bachelor’s degree. 3 – 5 years of experience in brand management. Knowledge and Functional Skills: Results-oriented and have demonstrated creativity through prior work. Excellent objective-setting and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
