Coordination of these daily requests contribute to the smooth running of our businesses activities.We are on the lookout for:Job vacancy: WaiterYou will be responsible to serve meals to employees, while ensuring efficient & high quality service and strictly adhering to hygiene standard.In this role you will:Serve meals while ensuring strict adherence to customer service standards;Assist with the preparation of ingredients required for meals;Ensure smooth running of service at the Restaurant to respond effectively to clients' needs;Prepare sandwiches and snacks as per requirements;Check number of portions received from Cook for control purposes;Clean and maintain dining room and kitchen according to hygiene standards and any other established standards;Perform spring-cleaning as per required standards;Gain greater exposure to relevant techniques and processes for enhancing proficiency;Live and display the MCB brand and values in all daily activities.To succeed, you will be required to demonstrate the following competencies: Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations;Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances;Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments;Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of:A School Certificate (SC) and/or Professional qualification in Restaurant and Bar Services;3 years of working experience as Waiter in Hotel/Restaurant/Bar environment/Catering field;A valid Food Handlers certificate.Should this opportunity match your career aspirations, skills and competencies, click on ‘Apply’ to complete your online application.Please ensure all required information is accurately entered in relevant sections.
