Is punctual for duty at all times.Refrains from chit-chatting in groups, smoking, eating, and drinking during working time.Careful when serving and avoids accidents.Is extremely courteous when dealing with guests, tour leaders, hotel executives, owners, owners relatives and friends, VIPs, and VVIPs at all times.Walks upright and is very alert and attentive during the course of service.
