Job Description

Their is one good opportunity for Finance Controller with our FMCG client based in Dhaka , Bangladesh . Position : Finance ControllerJob Location : Dhaka , BangladeshReporting to : CFORole Purpose Manage and oversee all the financials activities for the business . Key Responsibilities: Financial :  Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions in SAP for accurate financial reporting.  Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.  Maintain a healthy cash flow by preparing cash flow statements and ensuring balance between collections and payments.  Ensure timely payments to vendors and discharge of statutory dues to avoid penalties and maintain financial health. Customer :

 Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Sales teams to align financial processes with business needs and ensure internal stakeholder satisfaction.  Generate accurate Sales Manual Invoices, VAT challans, Cash Memos, Debit Notes, and VAT Certificates to support timely and compliant customer transactions. Process :  Oversee daily banking operations to ensure seamless financial transactions.  Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of monthly VAT Returns and Withholding Tax Returns.  Prepare and submit quarterly FDI reports to the Bank as per compliance requirements.  Coordinate with statutory auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory audits with a clean audit report.

 Maintain full compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws, Secretarial laws, and other applicable local regulations. People :  Build strong cross-functional working relationships with Sales and Supply Chain teams to enhance collaboration and information flow.  Engage effectively with external auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and regulatory compliance. Key InteractionsInternal Stakeholders HO-Finance, Local Supply chain & Sales team at BangladeshExternal Stakeholders Tax Authorities, External Auditors, Key Vendor and Customer Role Requirements:

Educational Qualifications Semi Qualified or post-graduate degree in finance with 8-12 years industry working experienceExperience (Type &Nature) Working experiences of transactions recording in SAPFunctional Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of direct tax, indirect tax & other secretarial and local laws.  High level of integrity and ethical standards
