Role Overview:The Ward Clerk will play a key role in supporting the billing process by ensuring accurate documentation, patient record management, and smooth coordination between clinical and administrative teams.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update patient records accurately in the hospital system.Assist with billing documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff to collect necessary information for invoicing.Respond to patient and staff inquiries related to billing and documentation.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient data at all times.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field highly advantageousPrevious experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in billing or clerical roles.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
