Warehouse and logistics Coordinator

Job Description1. Warehouse operation management, including but not limited: inbound, inventory and outbound management. Inbound management: as per order from HQ or local purchase, to manage inbound process, both from internal systems and warehouse operation perspective.Inventory management: timely inventory control, to keep physical goods and systems data to be 100% same. Following company instruction, to do quarterly inventory count. Outbound management: as per order from commercial team, arrange the outbound process, both from internal systems and warehouse operation perspective.Documentation: inbound receipt, signed delivery order and other documents collection. 2. Customs clearance: Timely follow customs clearance process and coordinate for the abnormity which happens during customs clearance process. 3. Local delivery: arrange local delivery and track the whole process and coordinate for the abnormity which happens during local delivery process, signed POD collection. 4. 3rd party partner management: set up KPI for 3rd party partner and monitor their performance. For the indicator not achieved, arrange the meeting with partner to solve the problem and avoid the same problem happen again. 5. Warehouse and logistics payment: Business authenticity checking and confirming. Skills requirement1. At least 1 years plus warehouse management and operation experience. General knowledge for warehouse and logistics shall be mandatory. 2. At least 1 year of WMS and ERP system operation experience. Oracle system is preferred. 3. Good management and communication skill is requirement for 3rd party management.
