Job Summary About the job Warehouse Assistant Manager (BSD)Responsible for the overall supervision and implementation of warehouse plans, systems and procedures.Roles And ResponsibilitiesOrganize, facilitate, and manage stock, maintain inventory levels, and record warehouse information at regular intervals.Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse data system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy and prepare warehouse inventory weekly reports (Actual vs Data System).Record all warehouse data and prepares weekly and monthly warehouse status report.To establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objective and to coordinate and oversee the daily cycle counts of the various inventory assets.Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.Track the variances in the inventory, to facilitate better planning as well as interpret variances and correct the problems that have come up.Ensure that all the employees work towards achieving the objectives related to inventory control management and make suggestions for improvement to the management.Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and visionEnsures that the different operating sections consistently & and strictly achieve the designated KPI.Continuous improvement of processes in all facets of the operationsDevelop and implement strategies and action plans to attain KPIs and special projects within the warehouse operating budget.Other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.QualificationsGraduate of at least a 4-year course, preferably Business Management, Engineering or related fieldAt least 8 years of work experience in supply chain or warehouse distribution, preferably of a retail company and at least 5 years of which in managerial capacity Excellent leadership and people management skills, ability to optimize team performance and developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-orientedEffective problem-solving skillsTeam player, resilient and with high stress tolerance with critical thinking skills Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring Knowledge in inventory management Knowledge in or familiarity with Warehouse Management System A full understanding of the requirements of running a warehouse, such as health and safety and security requirements.With experience in Third Party ManagementWilling to be assigned in Carmona and Dasmarinas Cavite
