Job Description

Warehouse Associate (M/F/D) The Warehouse Associate performs and documents daily Materials Management operations and internal material flow activities in a cGMP environment. The role involves all floor operations in the Warehouse & Weigh & Dispense department. The associate maintains a safe, efficient, and productive environment across warehouse and dispensary operations, with strong attention to detail and documentation while maintaining required trai ning levels. The Material Handler is expected to support cross-functional operations, with movement between the Warehouse and Weigh & Dispense areas determined by business needs and Supervisor direction. Tasks:Executes Weigh & Dispense manufacturing operations and/or material management activities (including preparation of materials managed in Kanban, Kitting activities, and Glucose refill) as per daily schedulePerforms weight and dispensing activities including but not limited to using Syncade, MES, Glasswash activities etc. according to applicable proceduresReceives GMP material using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) following applicable procedures.Operates Powered Industrial Trucks safelyMaintains cleanliness and orderly storage conditions in the warehouse and dispensary areasEnsures all departmental applicable training and required GXP trainings are 100% complete. Actively manages individual training plan and trains other associates as requiredPulls, packs, and ships finished products, samples and other materials according to applicable SOP’sReceives and processes Drug Substance from Manufacturing per proceduresPerforms cycle counts following applicable procedures Qualification:Education in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry (or equivalent technical background).Minimum 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience (GMP experience not required, but an advantage).Prior Weigh and Dispense experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal.Good understanding of material handling and flow operations.English (mandatory) – B1 level or higher.German – a strong plus (95% of the team are German speakers).Oracle and Syncade experience is an advantage.Forklift license: good to have (not mandatory).IATA/ADR certification: nice to have. Requirements: Start: 05.01.2026 / not later than February 2026Duration: 12 monthsCapacity: 5 days per weekLocation: Solothurn, Switzerland
