Job SummaryThe Hardware and Chemical Warehouse Audit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance in all warehouse operations related to hardware and chemical storage. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of 6S management, verifying inventory accuracy, enforcing safety and environmental compliance, and promoting continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency. The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and leadership in driving auditing and rectification initiatives across multiple warehouse areas.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain warehouse audit systems and 6S management standards to ensure operational orderliness, cleanliness, and safety.Conduct regular warehouse inspections and area evaluations; supervise rectification actions and verify improvement outcomes.Audit inventory management practices to ensure full consistency among physical materials, system records, and warehouse locations.Oversee proper labeling, identification, and safe storage of materials, including hazardous substances and chemicals.Perform scheduled and ad hoc inventory checks, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.Prepare detailed warehouse audit reports, analyze data trends, and recommend measures to improve efficiency and compliance.Ensure adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental standards within warehouse operations.Collaborate with the procurement, production, and safety departments to streamline material handling, storage, and reporting systems.Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.Submit weekly and monthly warehouse performance reports, highlighting key findings, progress, and recommendations to senior management.Qualifications and SkillsMaster’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics auditing, or inventory management; experience in ceramics, chemical, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.Strong understanding of 6S principles, warehouse best practices, and compliance auditing processes.High attention to detail with proven ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and report-writing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software for data analysis, record-keeping, and reporting.Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and initiative in driving continuous improvement.Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments.What We OfferCompetitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.Opportunities for professional development and growth within a leading manufacturing enterprise.A collaborative, safety-conscious, and performance-driven work environment.The opportunity to contribute to efficiency and innovation in one of Ghana’s top industrial operations.How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV to keda-gh-hrrecruitment@twyfordtile.com with the subject line “Warehouse Audit Supervisor.”
