SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVECompany: Step Invictus Real EstateLocation: AshaimanEmployment Type: Full-Time (On-site). Must reside in or around Ashaiman.Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Saturday (7:00 AM – 2:00 PM)About the RoleStep Invictus Real Estate is seeking a confident, smart, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing land sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong sales communication skills, the ability to convert leads, and the professionalism to handle clients both online and in person. You will be responsible for promoting our lands, leading client engagements, and ensuring smooth onboarding throughout the real estate purchase process.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase land sales.• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, field engagement, and referrals.• Conduct client consultations, follow-ups, presentations, and property site visits.• Convert inquiries into successful sales using strong persuasion and customer care.• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports.• Maintain accurate client records and manage the full sales cycle.• Support promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sales activations.• Provide after-sales follow-up and ensure high customer satisfaction.• Understand market trends, pricing, and customer preferences to guide management decisions.• Represent the company during exhibitions, field marketing, and corporate events.Qualifications & Requirements• Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related fields.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience is an advantage).• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.• Ability to work with sales targets and meet performance goals.• Must reside in or around Ashaiman.• Must be professional, well-presented, and confident in client-facing situations.• Familiarity with real estate documentation, sales processes, and property marketing is a plus.• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email communication, and basic digital marketing tools.Technical Skills (Hard Skills)• Lead generation and prospect conversion.• CRM usage and proper record-keeping.• Sales reporting and data tracking.• Knowledge of real estate marketing and documentation.Soft Skills• Persuasive communicator and active listener.• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.• Strong teamwork and positive work attitude.• Problem-solving ability and a target-driven mindset.• Integrity, patience, and excellent customer care.Benefits• Attractive salary.• Professional training and career growth opportunities.• Supportive work environment with management guidance.• Stable full-time employment in a reputable real estate company.How to ApplyInterested applicants should apply using the Easy Apply option on LinkedIn or send their CV and application letter to stepinvictusrealestate@gmail.com with “Sales & Marketing Executive” as the subject line.
