Behind every perfectly grilled meal is a warehouse team that keeps our operations running like clockwork.We’re looking for a detail-driven, systems-focused Warehouse Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and takes pride in precision, organisation, and operational excellence.If you’re passionate about inventory control, process improvement and keeping things running smoothly — this role is for you.What You’ll Be Responsible For; Inventory & Stock ManagementEnsure strict adherence to Stock Take SOPs and investigate all variances weeklyManage FIFO systems and maintain accurate PAR levelsInvestigate and resolve non-accounted stockEnsure only current, approved items are available on the portalOversee dedicated bays for damaged, discontinued, or discarded stock Receiving, Shipping & Quality ControlVerify goods received at correct pricing and raise claims immediatelyInvestigate and resolve Delivery Overs, Shorts & Damages timeouslyEnsure temperature-sensitive products are managed correctly from receiving to transportationMaintain close collaboration with Procurement and Logistics teams Warehouse Organisation & ComplianceEnsure pallet bays are clearly labelled and organisedMaintain strict access control proceduresEnforce PPE and uniform compliance at all timesEnsure cleaning checklists and closing checklists are completed dailyAddress and close all QIRs effectively to prevent recurrence Reporting & SystemsCompile and distribute daily Warehouse ReportsIdentify operational gaps and implement preventative systemsUse Sage and MS Office to maintain accurate recordsWork closely with procurement to ensure sufficient and efficient stock levels Team & Operational ExcellenceEnsure team training on all Warehouse SOPsDrive safety compliance and operational efficiencySupport ad hoc operational duties when requiredRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience using Inventory & FIFO systemsPrior warehousing experience essentialProficiency in Sage and MS Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong accountabilityAbility to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environmentWhy Join Pedros?At Pedros, you’ll be part of a rapidly growing brand that values structure, systems, and people who take ownership.
