Job SummaryThe Warehouse Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse for our company . This role involves managing inventory, coordinating stock movement, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety within the warehouse. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records.Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.Order Processing & FulfillmentOversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to meet delivery deadlines for the stores.Ensure proper handling and packaging of products to prevent damage.Collaborate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.Warehouse OperationsOrganize and maintain the warehouse layout for efficient stock retrieval.Implement inventory rotation methods as appropriate.Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are properly documented.
