Warehouse & Logistic Section Head

PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry, a subsidiary of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk is currently looking for professional to join our team as Warehouse & Logistics Section HeadJob Responsibilities:Lead and manage the daily warehouse and material control operations, including supervision of staff, equipment, and systems.Oversee material receiving processes - verifying quantities and quality together with Material Users.Plan and maintain an effective material storage system that ensures accessibility, safety, and quality preservation.Supervise material preservation activities throughout the storage period.Prepare accurate reports on incoming materials and inventory movements.Manage all warehouse documentation, including Material Receiving Reports (MRR), Material Discrepancy Reports (OSDR), and stock cards.Control and approve material issuance based on MIS/MBS documents.Monitor and verify material returns and excess materials from subcontractors.Conduct regular inventory checks and stock opname activities.Manage the receipt and handling of project scrap materials.Job Requirement:Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or ManagementMinimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse or Inventory Management with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in EPC industriesStrong understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Control processesStrategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven experience in executing and supporting project operationsWilling to be assigned in job site North Kalimantan
