Job description:Job Title: Warehouse ManagerSalary: $100,000–$110,000Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentJob Overview:The Warehouse Manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, staffing, and workflow efficiency. They will implement safety and productivity standards, develop warehouse procedures, and lead a team effectively.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily warehouse operationsSupervise and mentor hourly employeesDevelop and implement warehouse policies and proceduresMeet with team leads to monitor productivity and resolve issuesMaintain inventory accuracy and support order fulfillmentEnsure compliance with safety and company standardsCommunicate with internal departments to support operational needsRequirements:5+ years of experience managing hourly warehouse staffValid forklift licenseStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsExperience creating and enforcing operational proceduresExcellent communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with Visual Enterprise (ERP) is an asset (training provided if needed)
