The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for process improvement. In this role, you will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality warehouse operations while driving continuous improvement and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead and develop a team of supervisors and warehouse staff to achieve daily and long-term operational goals.Ensure the warehouse is properly organized, staffed, and compliant with safety standards.Monitor KPIs and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.Implement cost-saving initiatives and process optimizations in line with company objectives.Process and Performance ManagementOversee daily logistics activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.Lead or participate in LEAN and continuous improvement meetings.Drive efficiency and productivity through warehouse layout and workflow optimization.Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, SOPs, and operational guidelines.Collaboration and CommunicationAct as the main contact for internal departments and external logistics partners.Conduct regular performance evaluations with service providers and internal stakeholders.Support HR in employee training, development, and appraisal processes.RequirementsUniversity degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain leadership position.Strong leadership, motivational, and communication abilities.Proficient in MS Excel and Word; experienced with ERP and WMS systems.Solid understanding of warehouse operations, KPIs, and process management.Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.What we offerAttractive bonus paid 2 times per yearOpportunity to work in a renowned global company operating in an international environment.Professional challenges and opportunities for skill development using our learning platforms (Udemy and E- tutor for foreign languages).Attractive non-salary benefits package: group insurance, Multisport/Medicover card.Lunch cardAwards for the employee of the month and year as a recognition of your effortsCommuting allowanceEmployee Referral ProgramCorporate products and services at discounted pricesSocial Benefits Fund (funding for holidays, holiday cards for Christmas and Easter)Birthday gift vouchers, Employee capital plan,and much more!
