Warehouse Manager – FMCG📍 Lancashire | 💷 £35,000 – £40,000 | 🗓️ Monday to FridayWe’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join an industry-leading client of ours and lead their Goods In team within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across all warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the Goods In team to ensure accurate, on-time stock receipt and replenishment.Manage warehouse layout to optimise space and maintain safe, compliant operations.Oversee daily goods receipt, distribution, and returns.Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and discrepancies are resolved quickly.Collaborate with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Drive improvements using ERP/WMS systems and monitor key warehouse KPIs.About YouProven experience managing warehouse operations, ideally in FMCG or high-volume logistics.Strong leadership and team development skills.Good understanding of Health & Safety and warehousing regulations.Confident using ERP/WMS systems and improving warehouse processes.Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.What We Offer£35,000 – £40,000 per year (DOE)Monday to Friday working hoursOpportunity to join an industry-leading FMCG business and make a tangible impactIf this is of interest, please apply via the link and I will contact you directly!
