Warehouse Manager📍 Iskandar Puteri, Johor 🏢 EIK Engineering Sdn Bhd 🕒 Full-Time | Manager LevelAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across our manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless material flow, high inventory accuracy, ERP data integrity, and a safe, structured, audit-ready warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities • Lead multi-site warehouse operations, covering inbound, transfers, kitting, and outbound activities. • Ensure ERP accuracy for GRN, stock transfers, kitting issues, and delivery orders. • Drive cycle count, annual stock take governance, and stock variance investigations. • Maintain warehouse layout, bin allocation, labelling, and compliance with safety and audit standards. • Lead process improvements to optimise space, workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency. • Develop, coach, and grow warehouse teams to meet performance targets.Requirements • Minimum 8 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role. • Strong understanding of manufacturing warehouse processes. • Proficient in ERP systems; strong analytical and problem-solving capability. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach teams and drive accountability. • Able to travel between company warehouse sites when required. • Good communication skills in English & Malay.Be part of a growing manufacturing team that values discipline, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
