This includes supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory and logistics, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.This role will report to the Plant Manager in New Kensington, PA, and is essential to maintaining the high standards of Filterbuy’s supply chain operations and directly contributes to customer satisfaction and our continued growth in the region.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversee day-to-day operations of the Toronto warehouse, ensuring optimal performance in receiving, storing, and shipping productsSupervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance managementImplement and maintain best practices in inventory control and warehouse layout for maximum efficiencyMonitor order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and delivery timelines to meet customer expectationsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce workplace safety standardsManage warehouse equipment and coordinate regular maintenancePrepare reports on productivity, quality control, and inventory levels for upper managementCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and supply chain teamsIdentify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectivelyFoster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented warehouse cultureRequired skills and qualifications:Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or similar role (3+ years preferred)Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse systems, and logistics workflowsKnowledge of workplace safety and regulatory compliance (OHSA or equivalent)Excellent organizational and leadership skillsProficiency with professional software including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office or Google G-Suite, and virtual connectivity tools such as SlackStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Bilingual (English and French)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment as neededAbility to travel to various locations including the United States as needed to support operationsPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in ecommerce, fulfillment, or manufacturing warehouse environmentForklift certification or experience with warehouse equipmentFamiliarity with lean operations or Six Sigma methodologiesBenefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompany OverviewWe are a leading ecommerce company with a mission to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
