KABO is a recognized manufacturer andexporter of high-quality knitted underwear, lounge-wear, and intimate apparelfor men, women, and children.Job Title: Warehouse ManagerDepartment: Warehouse ManagementReports To: General Manager / Operations ManagerJOB PurposeTooversee the full management and organization of all warehouse operations (rawmaterials, spare parts, and finished products), ensuring accurate inventorycontrol, proper storage conditions, and timely availability of materials tomeet production and sales requirements.Key Responsibilities1. General Warehouse Management·       Developand implement warehouse storage and inventory control policies and procedures.·       Supervisereceiving and issuing of items and ensure proper matching with purchase ordersand invoices.·       Organizewarehouse layout for optimal accessibility and safety.·       Prepareperiodic stock movement and inventory balance reports.·       Ensurestrict application of the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.2. Raw Materials Warehouse (Fabrics –Accessories – Threads)·       Ensurethat all materials are received according to approved quality standards.·       Coordinatewith the production department to provide required materials per work orders.·       Monitorconsumption and waste rates to enhance production efficiency.·       Maintainappropriate storage conditions (temperature, humidity, ventilation) to preservequality.3. Spare Parts and MaintenanceWarehouse·       Manageand classify all spare parts by type, equipment, and usage.·       Trackcritical parts and initiate reordering when minimum stock levels are reached.·       Coordinatewith the maintenance team to fulfill repair requests promptly and reducedowntime.·       Keepdetailed movement logs for parts issuance, receipt, and expected service life.4. Finished Goods Warehouse·       Receivefinished products after final quality approval.·       Organizestorage and stacking to protect product shape and quality.·       Monitorloading and dispatching to distributors or retail points.·       Preparereports on finished goods inventory, turnover rates, and sales trends.5. Supervisory and OrganizationalTasks·       Leadand manage the warehouse team, assigning tasks and evaluating dailyperformance.·       Overseeperiodic and unplanned stock counts and reconcile records with actual balances.·       Maintaincoordination with other departments (Procurement, Production, Finance, Sales).·       Ensurecompliance with all warehouse safety and security procedures.·       Participatein the development and enhancement of ERP or electronic inventory systems.Required Reports·       Weeklyinventory level report.·       Reporton slow-moving items.·       Monthlystocktaking and discrepancy report.·       Reporton damaged or expired raw materials.Qualifications and Requirements·       Bachelor’sdegree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Logistics.·       Minimumof 10 years of experience in warehouse management, Priority to experience in apparel ortextile industries.·       Proficiencyin inventory management systems and Excel.·       Strongleadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
