Warehouse Manager (Mandarin-speaking)

Location: Central Market, Kuala Lumpur (HQ)Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000Working Days: 5-day weekIndustry: Retail / Lifestyle / E-CommerceStart: Immediate preferredWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage our warehouse operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both systems and people.Key Responsibilities•⁠ ⁠Lead and supervise warehouse team (Senior & Junior Pickers)•⁠ ⁠Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking & packing•⁠ ⁠Ensure all orders are packed accurately and neatly according to brand standards•⁠ ⁠Enforce strict QC and double-check sign-off procedures before shipping•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with logistics providers, couriers & international forwarders•⁠ ⁠Work closely with Customer Service to support order-related queries•⁠ ⁠Maintain real-time stock accuracy, including bin card updates•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and notify HQ immediately when items sell out•⁠ ⁠Conduct QC for all products before going live online•⁠ ⁠Plan and prepare inventory for weekly product launches•⁠ ⁠Uphold warehouse SOPs and safety standards•⁠ ⁠Manage operational budget and ensure cost efficiencyCandidate Requirements•⁠ ⁠3+ years warehouse management experience (retail/e-commerce preferred)•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Mandarin & English•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and organisational skills•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy•⁠ ⁠Hands-on working style; proactive and reliable•⁠ ⁠Familiar with logistics platforms, stock systems & courier coordination•⁠ ⁠Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalismWhat We Look For•⁠ ⁠Reliable, consistent, and disciplined•⁠ ⁠Takes ownership and follows through•⁠ ⁠Strong team spirit and respect for colleagues•⁠ ⁠Pride in delivering excellent work and service•⁠ ⁠Integrity and honesty in all actions
