Net World Sports is a leading global E-Commerce retailer, headquartered in the UK. Our warehouse operations are the heartbeat of the business, enabling us to ship to customers in over 130 countries worldwide. We are now expanding into the US with warehouses in London, OH and Dayton, NV.This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our first on-the-ground US warehouse operations. We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial leader who will establish and scale our site, put their stamp on processes and culture, and play a critical role in our growth story.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations at our Dayton, NV site Drive the successful set-up, launch, and continuous development of our warehouse, ensuring scalable processes from day one Build, train, and inspire a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Develop and implement efficient operational processes, leveraging best practices to maximize productivity and accuracy Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory requirements, embedding a proactive safety-first mindset Partner with senior leadership to establish KPIs, budgets, and long-term operational strategies aligned with business growth Implement and maintain robust inventory controls to ensure accuracy and prevent stock losses Drive warehouse automation, technology adoption, and process innovation to scale operations Represent the US operation as a trusted local leader, ensuring excellent customer service and acting as a bridge between US and UK HQ teams Skills & ExperienceProven track record of managing a warehouse or distribution center Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing, developing, and scaling teams Demonstrated success in process improvement and driving operational efficiency Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments, ideally within E-Commerce, Retail, or FMCG Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP tools and data-driven decision-making Financial acumen, with exposure to efficiencies, budgeting and cost control Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, share ideas and drive meaningful business transformations Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building systems from scratch and rolling up sleeves when needed Experience with compliance, Health & Safety, and regulatory requirements in warehouse/distribution center operations Hungry, enthusiastic, and ambitious to grow with the company Benefits401K Health, Dental & Vision Insurance PTO – 11 Days + 11 Federal Holidays (OH) 5 Sick Days Lifestyle & Wellbeing Benefits Net World Sports Product Discount Learning & Development Net World Sports Company ValuesGo above and beyond: Get stuck in and show your passion!
