Company Description VDP Prestige Beverage Distributors is a local distributor based in Durban, South Africa. We distribute a wide range of top wine farms, as well as specialty spirits and Douwe Egberts coffee products in Southern Africa. Our dedicated distribution hubs are located in Durban, Johannesburg, and Cape Town. Role Description This is a full-time Warehouse Manager role with some flexibility for remote work. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, including stock control, inventory control, and inventory management. The role will also involve forklift operation and overseeing the distribution process. Qualifications Experience in stock control, inventory control, and inventory managementKnowledge of operations management and distribution processesProficiency in forklift operation and safety proceduresStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a teamExperience in the beverage or distribution industry is a plusDegree or certification in a relevant field is preferred
