With its high-capacity energy solutions, including Powership™, land-based plants and floating LNG infrastructure, Karpowership assists countries and companies in their energy transition processes.We are looking for a “Warehouse Operations Group Manager” to be assigned to our “Supply Chain Strategic Planning and Asset Management” department.WHAT DO WE EXPECT?University degree in Industrial Engineering or related departmentsMore than 10 years of experience in material management , multi-warehouse management and coordinationMin. 5 years team management experienceAdvanced user of MS Office applications, SAP know-how is mustTook part in digitalization and process development projects in stock managementStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExperience working with ERP systems and/or in the process of transitioning to ERP systemsExperience in increasing operational efficiency and creating standard processesProven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing, multicultural teams across multiple locationsStrong warehouse management skills and leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Fluency in EnglishNo travel restrictionsWHAT AWAITS YOU?Ensure the efficient and orderly execution of all storage, inbound, order preparation, and shipment operations.Take responsibility for the overall warehouse organization and continuously optimize warehouse layout and processes.Control warehouse-related costs while maintaining operational efficiency.Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure records are accurate and up to date.Monitor stock levels, take necessary actions, and maintain inventory at optimal levels.Monitor and lead the inventory records and movements of goods/materials, fixtures, and consumables belonging to Karmarine Shipyard, Powership facilities, Umurlu Facility, Karen, and Field PreparationAnalyze all warehouse operational processes (inbound, storage, outbound, inventory management, etc.), identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and problematic areas, lead and monitor corrective actions, and roll out best practices across different warehouses.Standardize workflows and keep process documentation up to date.Promote automation and technology usage in warehouse operations, and manage the integration of new technologies and automation systems.Define and monitor key performance metrics (shipment lead times, stock accuracy, labor productivity, etc.) to track warehouse performance.Ensure the effective use of digital warehouse management systems and related cloud applications, optimize data flow between systems, and minimize errors.Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management procedures in all work practices, take preventive actions when necessary, and inform relevant parties in case of issues.Ensure the rational and efficient use of allocated resources such as employees, budget, time, machinery, equipment, and working environment within the department.Evaluate the performance of direct reports in line with company policies, procedures, and standards.Identify the training and development needs of direct reports based on performance, efficiency, and role requirements; ensure collaboration with Human Resources for both internal and external training programs.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Hybrid working opportunity,One day off on your birthday,Comprehensive Private Health Insurance,Professional and personal training & development opportunities,Exclusive discounts and campaigns for employees.In line with our "One World" philosophy, we are adding success to our achievements with our colleagues, candidates, and all stakeholders.
