Monitor performance data, coordinate with procurement/sales teams and third-party loading/unloading vendors, manage all internal warehouse activities, allocate picking resources, and ensure both the safety of goods storage and the efficiency of goods flow.2.Cross-Line Collaboration: Connect with headquarters and intercontinental distribution, quality control, and other modules to synchronize strategies and feedback; coordinate the implementation of peak season plans, handle exceptions, coordinate inspections, and undertake new projects.3.Warehouse Infrastructure: Promote the construction, relocation, and expansion of warehouses in various countries, coordinate temporary warehouse lease terminations and operational support during peak seasons.4. Cross-Domain Coordination: Deploy personnel and resources across centers and countries, coordinate inspections and self-inspections, and implement safety management.Job Requirements1.A bachelor's degree or above. Majors related to logistics management, supply chain management, quality management, etc. are preferred.2.Relevant work experience in warehousing management, quality monitoring, process optimization, etc. are preferred.3.Professional Competency: Be familiar with warehousing and logistics processes, possess knowledge and practical experience in quality control management; be able to use data analysis tools for problem diagnosis and continuous improvement.4.Business Understanding: Have a good business sense, understand the development trends of the logistics industry, and be able to plan quality control work in combination with business requirements.
