Continuously expanding its global network, JD Logistics is committed to enhancing global supply chain efficiency and sustainability through cutting-edge technology.About the JobKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of warehouse safety and security to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant environment.Supervise and coordinate warehouse security personnel, ensuring effective deployment and performance management.Conduct comprehensive daily safety inspections, including fire prevention, electrical usage, high-altitude operations, and adherence to protective equipment standards.Promote safe operational practices among employees and reinforce compliance with workplace safety protocols.Act as the primary liaison with property management teams and support government inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations.RequirementsProven experience in safety, security, or warehouse supervision; background in police, military, or related security fields will be a strong advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees across all levels.Proficiency in office software applications (MS Office or equivalent).Ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English, as the position requires regular interaction and coordination with our headquarters in China.
