Job DescriptionOversee the inbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achievedCreate of schedule and monitoring of tasks and duties; manage overall performance and attendanceEnsure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelinesNotify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are foundEnsure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouseProvide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reporting RequirementsGraduate of any Bachelor’s DegreePreferably has 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and WarehousingHas supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employeesKeen with details and has a background in process improvementKnowledgeable with MS and Google ApplicationsAmenable to be assigned in Davao City
