Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Safaga. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control. They will supervise warehouse staff, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain safety compliance.System Integration & Structure• Design and implement integrated store management systems aligned with company digital platforms.• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and data accuracy.• Continuously evaluate and upgrade store systems to meet evolving business needs.Leadership & Team Management • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the store team.• Establish and communicate clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards.• Mentor and develop store staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Inventory Management & Control • Oversee inventory tracking, reconciliation, and reporting processes.• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.• Implement measures to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.Cross-Functional Collaboration• Align store operations with finance, operations, and technical teams.• Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance store efficiency.• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving across teams.Process Improvement & Reporting (20% of time)• Analyze store processes and identify opportunities for improvement.• Prepare and present regular reports to the Finance Manager and senior leadership.• Lead initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
