We refer top candidates to our partners working with the world’s leading AI research labs to help build and train cutting-edge AI models.Position: Warehouse and Inventory SpecialistType: Hourly ContractCompensation: $45–$60/hourLocation: RemoteDuration: Approximately 6 weeksCommitment: 10-40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronousRole ResponsibilitiesWrite realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect day-to-day operations within shipping, receiving, and warehouse management environmentsCreate detailed cases involving shipment processing, receiving inspections, inventory tracking, warehouse layout organization, and documentation workflowsDevelop training and validation scenarios addressing stock control, carrier coordination, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolutionReview and evaluate AI responses for realism, adherence to logistics best practices, and inventory management standardsProvide structured reporting and feedback to enhance AI understanding of warehouse operations and inventory controlCollaborate periodically with research teams to assess the accuracy and efficiency of generated warehouse scenariosIdeal QualificationsStrong professional experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics settingStrong understanding of warehouse operations, material handling, and stockflow optimizationFamiliarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)Excellent written communication, organization, and analytical skillsRecognition for leadership, reliability, or process improvement achievements in warehouse/inventory rolesApplication ProcessUpload resumeAI interview based on your resume (15 min)Submit form
