Warehouse Supervisor

Mane are looking for experienced Warehouse Supervisor to work on a major construction project. A minimum 4-5 years experience in similar role (construction site/reception) is requiredDay to day responsibilities will includeOversee daily operations within the harbour site area.Ensure all personnel protective equipment (PPE) is compliant, in-date, and properly issued.Supervise crane and forklift movements and ensure safe lifting operations.Manage and track stock levels and warehouse activities.Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of site facilities.Updated PPE inventory and tracking records.Documented storage and stock reports.Current calibration and certification logs for equipment.Regularly completed facility and safety inspection reports.Support the project HSE team with harbour site–specific safety and compliance matters.Administer safety equipment, including PPE and climbing gear, maintaining full inventory control and monitoring service life and usage.Manage site consumables and building-related stock.Approve and coordinate all onshore crane and forklift operations, ensuring equipment availability and operator compliance.Oversee daily site and vehicle housekeeping, ensuring clean and orderly work areas.Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and perimeter safety measures.Track and record the site’s electricity and water consumption.Coordinate with port waste management providers to ensure compliant waste handling.Manage incoming deliveries to the site office.Serve as point of contact with the shipyard, site security team, and local contractorsKnowledge of Polish and English language is essentialFor more information please contact Alisha at Mane +447908 273 873 or email a.bowell@mane.co.uk
