Be accountable for all inventories and their movements. Reports directly to technical facilities Manager.In order to provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. The incumbent must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment; also, must be able to adjust to changes in assignments, work areas and schedules.DIMENSIONSWork in a team environment.Must be able to provide quality customer service.Team player.Ability to work under pressure.Must possess a positive teamwork attitude.Good organizational and time management skills.Strong work ethics and leadership skills.Highly motivated and flexible.Essential FunctionsOrganize and supervise scheduled deliveries to malacate facility from outside vendors.Organize and supervise cargo offload from ships whenever we have cargo for offload, submit cargo manifest for cargo loading for shipside.Organize and supervise weekly barge cargo from malacate to harvest caye and vise-versa.Responsible for monitoring stocks level and making sure to keep consumables items in stock for daily operations for both facilities.Ensure that all invoices received at the warehouse are check and signed and accounted for. All invoices to be sent to accounts department, island technical storekeeper/ island warehouse supervisor and management.Ensure that warehouse is properly organize, daily/weekly basis to guarantee efficiency, accountability and safety.Responsible for ordering of Diesel/Gas fuel for both Malacate and Harvest Caye facilities.Responsible for submitting daily/ weekly inspections logs for the fuel dispenser and storage.Responsible for Monthly reports, fuel, tenants Cargo freights charges, chemical inventory.Responsible for reviewing and approving warehouse staff timesheets on a weekly basis.Responsible for daily updates on the drive logs for all Company vehicles (Malacate).Responsible for dispensing Diesel fuel for all equipment/vehicle for both Malacate and Harvest Caye facility.Perform other related duties as assigned or as directed. Must be familiar with the company policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND ATTRIBUTESMinimal 3 years’ experience warehousing/supervisory position or related field.Valid drivers license with class A, E. Class B.B1 a plus.EDUCATIONHigh School diploma or equivalent degree is required.ATTRIBUTESProactive, team player, problem solver.Must have a professional appearance and good hygiene.Respect for all co-workers and guests.Able to work 7 days a week/adaptable and flexible with working hours.Able to develop a camaraderie with team members.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the essential functions of this job, all team members are required to stand; walk short distances; use hands to touch, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Positions may require repetitive motion of bending, climbing, going up and down stairs and lifting more than 25 pounds.Work within different temperature changes—indoors to outdoors.Able to pass basic safety course.This is a minimal description of duties.
