Location: Los Angeles, CA 90065Compensation: $68,000 – $70,000 annually + BonusAbout The RoleSprintRay is a fast-growing, highly entrepreneurial company transforming dentistry through digital innovation and advanced 3D printing solutions. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and team. This role requires a strong operational leader who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and fluent in ERP/WMS systems. The ideal candidate is skilled in data-driven decision-making, capable of coaching and developing team members, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accuracy and efficiency across all workflows, and use operational data and systems to drive continuous improvement. This role is critical in ensuring on-time, accurate fulfillment and supporting the high performance standards of SprintRay’s supply chain organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead, supervise, and develop warehouse team members, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Assign daily workload and priorities to meet strict shipping, receiving, and inventory deadlines.Conduct coaching, performance feedback, and skills training to ensure the team meets accuracy and productivity standards.Serve as the on-site point of contact for decisions, escalations, and workflow direction.Warehouse OperationsOversee and participate in daily operations including picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and shipping.Ensure all processes follow SOPs, safety regulations, and internal quality requirements.Coordinate pallet assembly, loading/unloading of parcels, LTL, FTL, and pallet shipments.Oversee returned shipments and ensure timely documentation per company processes.Support audit preparation (inventory, safety, ISO, and internal compliance).Systems, ERP, & ReportingOwn daily execution within the ERP and WMS, ensuring accurate data entry and timely transaction processing.Troubleshoot ERP/WMS issues and partner with Supply Chain/IT during system updates, enhancements, or integrations.Maintain and report key warehouse KPIs including order accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, receiving turnaround, and productivity metrics.Use Excel/Sheets to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.Logistics & ComplianceClassify freight and calculate freight quotes for domestic and international shipments.Prepare and verify shipping documentation including BOLs, SLIs, EEIs, and certificates of origin.Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and proper use of PPE.Conduct routine safety checks and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.Continuous ImprovementDrive improvements to processes, warehouse layout, slotting, and workflow efficiency.Identify root causes of errors and implement sustainable corrective actions.Support onboarding and document all training for new hires.Required Qualifications3+ years of warehouse operations experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment; 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role required.Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems required (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel/Sheets capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, KPI tracking).Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate warehouse teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.Experience managing KPIs and improving operational performance.Knowledge of OSHA regulations, warehouse safety standards, and best practices.Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Stamps.com).Knowledge of international logistics, import/export processes, and Incoterms preferred.Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain.Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.Physical Demands & Work Environment:Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Operate warehouse equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, and reach trucks.Comfortable with extended screen time using a keyboard, monitor, and scanner.Willingness to work overtime as required.Employment TypeFull time, Onsite 5 days a week.About SprintRaySprintRay is rewriting the rules of dentistry with technology that’s smart, fast, and designed to make life easier for dental professionals.
