Stitch Fix, which was founded in 2011, is headquartered in San Francisco.About The RoleThe Operations Systems Enablement Lead Analyst plays a central role in the evolution and scaling of Stitch Fix’s warehouse, labor and transportation management systems. Acting as the bridge between operational teams and technology partners, this role ensures that system investments are strategically aligned, effectively implemented, and optimized for operational excellence. You’ll represent the voice of Operations across Product Management, Engineering, and Algorithms teams — influencing system design, prioritization, and execution to support the company’s growth and efficiency goals.Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid position based out of Phoenix, Atlanta, or Indianapolis warehouses. Travel to company distribution centers or vendor locations may be required up to 25%.You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will..Collaborate with Operations Leadership, Product Management, Engineering, and Algorithms teams to define and align on shared objectives during annual and quarterly planning cycles.Identify operational system needs, propose enhancements, and partner with Product Management to prioritize initiatives. Provide business and operational insights during the design phase, including consulting on business cases and coordinating UX research and feedback sessions.Lead operational rollout strategies for system changes, including communication plans, training development, and on-the-ground support for Fulfillment Centers.Design and oversee user testing, facilitate QA sessions between users and engineers, and ensure operational readiness prior to deployment.Track the impact of system changes on processes, efficiency, and client experience, cycling learnings back to Product Management for continuous improvement.Represent Warehouse Operations for select initiatives led by the Client Experience, Transportation, and Industrial Engineering teams, ensuring operational perspectives and system dependencies are fully integrated into project planning and execution.Serve as the frontline contact for urgent systems support issues and coordinate immediate responses with Engineering and Algorithms partners.Develop and maintain onboarding and training programs for technical teams to strengthen cross-functional understanding of Operations systems and processes.We're Excited About You Because You…5+ years of experience in operations systems, fulfillment, or supply chain environments.Proven track record collaborating with technical teams (Engineering, Product Management, or Algorithms).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and overseeing system implementations.Experience collaborating with remote teams across multiple locations and across all levels of an organization.Have a mindset that is consistently geared toward improvement, with a strategic approach that considers multiple perspectives and the cascading impacts of process and system changes.Value and model accountability, accuracy, initiative, and have a strong sense of ownership, especially when ensuring item and financial accuracy within the warehouse network.Thrive in the unknown, embracing challenges with enthusiasm, and are always eager to learn and explore new territories. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
