If you're passionate about precision, organisation, and working with premium, high-end products, this role is made for you.You'll be joining a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in ensuring our high-value fashion items move seamlessly through the warehouse.This role is based in Erskine Park and runs on the morning 7 am - 3 pm and the afternoon shift from 3:15 pm-11:21 pm, Monday to Friday, with an excellent pay rate of $37.65 - $42.29 per hour.What You'll Be DoingAssigning, monitoring, and assisting warehouse staff with picking, packing, sorting, loading/unloading - all with the quality and care this luxury demandsEnsuring every order is processed accurately and on timeOperating counterbalance and high reach forkliftsPrioritising workloads based on inbound/outbound schedules and KPIsSupporting team members with any order or system challengesKeeping communication clear and open with the team and client contactsManaging customer service queries via email and phoneMaintaining and updating KPI trackers and admin filesThriving in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is keyWhat We're Looking ForExperience in warehouse or logistics coordination, preferably with fashion or other high-value goodsExperience in operating forkliftsSolid skills in Microsoft Excel (think VLOOKUPs, filters, and data entry)Confidence with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar logistics softwareExceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skillsClear, proactive communication and problem-solving mindsetA collaborative, can-do attitude that fits well within a dynamic teamWhy You'll Love This RoleWork with beautiful, high-end fashion products that require real care and prideBe part of a supportive, motivated team that values quality and respectExperience a workplace culture that's both fast-paced and friendlyOpportunity to grow your skills and career in a premium logistics environmentReady to be a key player in luxury logistics?
