Job DescriptionDeliver IMG Supplier Recovery GWC Targets Identify Commodities for Supplier Recovery GWC opportunities and coordinate project commencement. Undertake Supplier Recovery projects; as per Supplier GT&C Section 22 Warranty; Section 23 Recalls and FSAs Supplier Guide Section 2: Warranty Chargeback Manage Part Return process to obtain GWC Sample Size Co-ordinate Supplier teardown and failure mode identification and documentation within WPA Co-ordinate PD failure mode assessment Manage Supplier Liability approval documents Manage the Supplier Recovery ongoing debiting/reporting processes. Implement Low Incidence Claims 50% Debit Process where applicable: Generate and negotiate Debit Packages. Ability to influence and build relationships.Special Knowledge/SkillsRequiredG8D, 14D,WIPS,Quality-AI / GSAR / OWS-SERVIS2 / Microcat / Panda / PTSMicrosoft Office, Ford QOS, Tracklite.Any OthersOn site roleFlexible work hours required (incl participation in global mtgs in evenings) Limited travel may be required.External Interface for this position includes: supplier and some dealer interface requiredInternal Interface for this position includes: Significant cross function interface required at all levels of the organization
