Who doesn’t like that?Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Waterworks Aquatics and the first point of contact for the majority of families when they visit our facility. You will be entrusted with building relationships with our families.

You will also be responsible for retaining our families by offering a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience. Primary Responsibilities:

Ability to create relationships with new and existing families that leads to customer loyalty and retentionDemonstrate empathy in your interactions with familiesRegister, schedule, take payments, and problem solve family accountsBe willing and able to provide exceptional customer service in person and by phoneAssist with heavy call volumeEncourage customers to purchase swim lesson packagesWork effectively in a team environment to support achievement of lesson registration goalsMaintain high customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set by the companyHandle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolutionRecommend additional services to customers by understanding their needsMaintain a clean and safe facility at all timesBoost morale and help maintain a positive work environmentRestock and clean all restrooms and shower/changing areasUnderstand and showcase knowledge in all of our programs and facilitiesAssist with time sensitive projects by deadlines given Provide effective rebuttals to customers who are looking to release their lesson scheduleStay up to date and pass all continual training by the deadlines providedGeneral Qualifications:

Must be at least 17 years oldMust have at least 2 years of customer service experienceMinimum of a high school diplomaAble to exhibit a strong passion for helping othersPossess a strong background in customer serviceProficient in typing; at least 40 WPMAbility to “close the deal” and acquire new families that are interested in our servicesAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyOpen to coaching and training to increase customer acquisition performanceMust have strong communication skills in person and over the phoneMust be able to showcase the ability to actively listen Must have the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities Must always remain professional and courteous with customersWeekends Required A Few Other Things We Look At:
