In places where electricity, water and roads don't always work, you can still send money with Wave. In 2017, we launched a mobile app in Senegal for cash deposit, withdrawal, and peer-to-peer and business payments. Now, we have millions of users across 9 countries and are growing fast. Our goal is to make Africa the first cashless continent and that's where you come in. . . How you'll help us achieve itWave is now the largest financial institution in Senegal, with over 7 million users.

And, we’re still in the early days of our product roadmap and potential impact on people’s everyday lives. We’re looking for a Distribution & Admin Manager to support the Agent Operations team by managing distribution & administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Reporting to the Agent Operations Lead, you will manage the team's requests, track agents’ performance, and be in contact with them. In this role, you'll;Support the agent and user operations team from the head office.

Ensure agent teams are recruited and managed as per internal policy and procedure. Help develop and ensure procedures are followed for addressing agent issues as agents are tracked, reported, and addressed. Manage the requesting, dispatching, and tracking of agent-related supplies. Managing a team of administrative officers involved in agent operations activities. Oversee agent management, administration and reporting:

Create and roll out systems to ensure relevant contracts are up-to-date across systemsWork with regional managers to create policies to monitor and evaluate agent contracts for termination/renewalBe the general custodian of all regional data and required reportingProvide accurate data analysis and performance forecastingChampion for performance improvement within the agent teammanaging all contracts and payroll associated with interim firm staffTeam leadership and coordinationWork with ops admin officers to support agents across the countryManage or support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding as needed in the agent ops departmentLogistical support Create and roll out systems between admins and regional managers to dispatch all required supplies, merchandising material, and any other required supplies, tracking dispatched and available supplies and their use.

Provide financial support in monitoring and closure of agent/customer cases. Training and managing on agent management and agent administrative issues. Basic training on agent admin-related issues for the field teamsManage and train entry-level admins within agent management Help coordinate and manage all agent communication and training as may be requiredManage, track, and report on all agent potential risks and suspicious activities. Activating and deactivating distributors. Be the main point of contact with our interim firm partners who employ our hundreds of distributors. Follow up on our interim firm partners’ invoices and bulk payment recharges.

Tracking client issues during distribution and making outbound calls to new sign-ups to collect data. Any other duties as may be assigned. Key detailsLocation: You’ll work from our office in Niamey. Work authorization in Niger is required. Contract type: 6 months fixed-term contract Our salaries are competitive and calculated using a transparent formula. Notions in logistics, supply management, shipments, and stock management. Strong computer skills, especially with Excel/Spreadsheets, and experience using Google Maps. comfortable navigating Excel and onboarding to new tools. Have experience supporting agents or retail networks in a back-office administrative position. Are experienced in field agent operations.
