Make Wayve the experience that defines your career!The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Wayve’s Israel office.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all things workplace — keeping things running smoothly, creating an exceptional environment for the team, and helping scale our local presence. This is a hands-on, people-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with our global Workplace, IT, and People teams to ensure our Israel office runs efficiently, reflects our culture, and supports our fast-moving team. What You’ll DoOffice Operations & FacilitiesManage daily office needs including supplies, deliveries, access control, snacks and vendor coordinationEnsure the space is clean, safe, and well-stocked (snacks, drinks, stationery, etc.

)Manage small repairs and liaise with building management or external contractorsFinance & CoordinationAct as the local liaison between Israel-based finance/payroll matters and the UK Finance teamSupport contractor invoicing, local vendor payments, and general financial admin as neededOversee import/export procedures as needed, working with customs brokers and freight forwarders. People & CultureWelcome new hires, visitors, and global teammates — be the friendly face of Wayve in IsraelHelp organise local events, socials, off-sites, and all-hands meetingsSupport onboarding of new joiners (desk setup, badges, welcome packs)Workspace & CoordinationMonitor and manage desk bookings (e. g.

via Comeen or local equivalent)Coordinate with global Workplace team on space planning and hybrid setupHandle locker assignments, seating plans, and ad hoc space needsHealth, Safety & AdministrationSupport health and safety standards in line with local regulationMaintain documentation and compliance logs as neededAssist with local logistics (e. g.
