Wealth Management Product Unit Head

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to head our Wealth Management Product Unit Head. This role is all about driving growth, profitability, and innovation in our wealth management offerings—making sure our products stay competitive, compliant, and aligned with client needs.What You’ll DoLead Product Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of investment products (UITFs, IMA, and more)—from concept to launch and beyond.Ensure Compliance: Coordinate with regulators (BSP, SEC, etc.) and uphold governance standards.Innovate & Price Smart: Design solutions tailored to client needs, monitor performance, and keep products cost-efficient.Research & Strategy: Analyze macroeconomic trends and markets to shape product positioning and house views.Enable Sales: Train distribution teams, support advisors, and create impactful campaigns.Manage Partnerships: Build strong relationships with fund providers, advisors, and custodians.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).5–7 years of experience in investment product management (banking or asset management).Proven success in launching/managing UITF and IMA products in the Philippines.Strong grasp of macroeconomic and capital market analysis.Familiarity with BSP/SEC guidelines and trust regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Tech-savvy with tools like Excel, Bloomberg, and other financial analysis platforms.
